All outputs are estimates based on public meteorological data and models. They are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies or delays. Users must independently verify damage.

Accounts

Users are responsible for credentials and activity on their account.

Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Scrape
• Resell datasets
• Reverse engineer
• Build competing services
• Abuse APIs

Intellectual property

All compiled datasets, algorithms, tiles, and software are proprietary to Hail Drive.

Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
